The owner of this Website is Stitch That Print That UK LTD, a private limited liability company with its registered office at Goldington Road, Bedford, MK40 3EA, Registration number 08298823. The following section provides our clients with our Terms and conditions:


We will always try to meet any given deadline; we cannot be liable to the customer for loss, damage or expenses weather caused directly or indirectly.

Any claim against our Company must be received in writing within 14 days of delivery


Consistency of sizes, materials, properties, colours and shades cannot be guaranteed by the company.

Decoration positioning can vary by up to 25mm. Different batch orders colours can vary slightly and the company cannot be held responsible for this,

All clothing should be washed as per the washing instructions on the garment label. Vinyl should NOT be tumble dried.

Set-off and Lien

No payments whole or part can be held for counterclaims under this contract.

Force Majeure

The company will not be under any liability for non-performance in whole or in part of its obligations under this contract due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Ownership of Goods

Property of any supplied goods to the customer will not become theirs until the goods are fully paid for. The company reserves the right to recover from the customer all costs involved in such case of non payment.


The company reserves the right to refuse cancellations of confirmed orders placed by the customer and refuse acceptance of goods returned without permission. We do not operate a sale and return policy.


All contracts between the company and the customer shall be governed by the laws of England


If you have any problems with our service please contact us straight away. Once the job has been started it’s not always possible to cancel as we incur costs from the onset.

However we will always accept returns for faulty goods, but we cannot accept returns on personalised Garments.

The Distance Selling Regulations Act Of 2000 does not apply to personalised goods or goods made to specification.
